We offer a lifetime warranty on all strips and cables. Controllers are excluded. Warranty for strips is defined as any strip not lighting up as it is designed by the manufacture to do. If any individual LED, group of LEDs or entire strip is not working, it will be replaced. If the strip is damaged by the customer or installer or related to the install, this is not a part of warranty. If the cables are damaged due to being pinched or severed from any moving part of the vehicle or neglect from the install process, this is not covered.
Cosmic Creations will provide all labor and materials related to any warranty claim. However, the custom is responsible for all shipping and associated costs.
