This refunds/returns notice for Cosmic Creations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how handle refunds or returns.

What we do is CUSTOM work. These kits have strips and cables that are hand cut, hand soldered, hand assembled and hand tested. We do not use premade kits. All of our controllers are pre-wired for you. Our power harnesses are assembled by hand. Our amps are built in house.  Because of this, we do not accept back any returns nor issue any refunds. We cannot put these materials back in bulk condition. We cannot get a "vendor credit". We cannot get back labor because someone might have buyers remorse and change their mind. There are NO REFUNDS ISSUED. Because there are no refunds, there are no returns accepted. If you have something defective, please send us a message at Support@CosmicCreations.Shop or see the Warranty page here on the site for replacements.

We apologize in advance if you think this level of custom work is taking more time than you think it should. If you need something yesterday, do not order. If you can be patient while we build your order and acknowledge there are customers ahead of you, we appreciate your support. No completion dates will be given.
