These are our fully blacked out halo kits.  At the clearance price, they will not include a controller. They can be added to your existing kit or a controller can be added. These are a true 12v halo with no additional inverters needed, have 3M VHB and are fully plug and play. If you want THE brightest halos to use on your headlights or cup holders, then look no further.
